Todae

A to-do list that only asks about today.

Todae gives every day its own page. Write down what you mean to do, tick it off with a pen stroke, and anything you don't get to moves to tomorrow by itself.

Coming soon to iPhone. Android later.

The Todae day page for Tuesday 13 October, with six to-dos, two of them done.
Tuesday
October
2 of 6 done
  • Call the dentist since Mon
  • Water plants 3 days after
  • Reply to Asha about dinner
  • Pay rent Monthly
  • Buy oat milk
  • Send Dad the photos

Didn't get to it? It comes with you.

There's no overdue pile and no red badge. When a day ends, anything still open moves to the next page, with a small note saying since Mon so you know how long it's been waiting.

Swipe right to push something to tomorrow yourself, or drag it onto any day in the week strip.

Type it the way you'd say it.

End a to-do with tomorrow, next Friday or 20 Nov and it lands on that day. Add !, !! or !!! and the circle changes to match. Todae shows what it understood before you save, and Keep as text leaves your words alone.

  • Plaina plain pen circle
  • Lowa dashed pencil circle
  • Mediuma firmer pen circle
  • Hightraced twice, in bold

More than done or not done.

Some things get started, handed off, or stuck waiting on someone else. Hold a circle, slide onto a mark, and let go. A tap still just ticks it off.

  • Partly doneComes with you to tomorrow.
  • DelegatedCounts as done, so it stays put.
  • WaitingComes with you to tomorrow.
  • Your ownA name and a shape: a dot, a plus, a star, a slash or a letter. One is free; more come with Todae Plus.

And a few more things.

  • Someday lists

Lists for things with no date yet: books, trips, the house. When it's time, drag one onto a day in the week strip.

  • The whole month

Swipe up on the week strip and the month opens. Dots show the days that have plans.

  • Repeats the way you'd say them

Type Gym every Monday until 20 Dec or Water plants 3 days after done and Todae sets it up.

  • Your phone's calendar

The day's events sit above your to‑dos. Todae only reads them; it never changes your calendar.

    with Todae Plus

  • Twelve pen colours, light and dark

Clay, Teal and Graphite come free. The other nine, and a true black for night, come with Todae Plus.

  • A little doodle on every page

Like a real notebook: a small pen drawing on each page, a different one each day. Turn them off in Settings if you'd rather not.

Todae Plus is optional. It adds a few extras: your calendar's events, all twelve colours, true black and more marks of your own. Buy it monthly, yearly or once for life.
