Privacy policy

Todae is a to-do app that works on your phone, with no account. It's made by Maulik Soni.

What stays on your phone

• Your to-dos, lists, repeats, marks and settings are saved on your phone. Todae doesn't send them anywhere.
• If you turn on calendar events, Todae reads your phone's calendar to show events next to your to-dos. It only reads. Events aren't copied, changed or sent anywhere.
• Backups are files you make yourself with Export. They go only where you send them.

Todae Plus purchases

If you buy Todae Plus, the payment is handled by Apple (or Google on Android). Todae never sees your card or payment details.

To know that you have Plus, Todae uses RevenueCat, a service that checks purchases with the store. RevenueCat receives your purchase history for Todae and a random ID made for this app on your phone. The ID isn't your name, email or Apple ID, and it isn't used to follow you across other apps.

That record is used only to unlock Plus for you and to count sales. It isn't sold and isn't used for ads. RevenueCat handles it under its own privacy policy and its data agreement with us, and has to protect it at least as well as this page describes.

What Todae doesn't do

• No account, no sign-in.
• No ads.
• No analytics or tracking of what you write or do in the app.

Deleting your data

Deleting Todae from your phone deletes everything it saved there.

To stop Todae reading your calendar, turn off Show calendar events in Todae's Settings, or take away calendar access in your phone's Settings.

To have your purchase record at RevenueCat deleted, write to hi@maulik.co and it will be removed.

Subscriptions are managed in your Apple or Google account settings.

Children

Todae isn't made for children under 13, and it doesn't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
